I used heavy for years and can stay clean for awhile then one day wake and my whole body craves; my life will never be right!

Used heavy for years, been clean for 79 days, many days wake up and my whole body craves, but I manage to fight it one day at a time.
If I can, so can you.. you need to make your own decision.

Thank-you. I know I am not alone it just seems that way. I have been clean for months at a time only to relapse again. done rehab, I just feel so dead.

if you can stay clean for 24 hours, you can stay clean for the rest of your life if you choose too...24 hours is all we have..

your life can be right, but you have to really want it to be..... and put a little effort in..... it is so well worth it, each day seems to get easier, at the beginning it seems so impossible, but like all the people who have posted already, one day at a time, if that is too hard, one hour at a time. one minute if need be - just dont pick up that first drug, each time you get past a craving, you will get stronger.... trust me

It happens when we clean our bodies but not our minds.

Just for today I will not use- and you won't.
Then we can move up and forward from there.
